  • Women’s campaign for right to sell lingerie fails

"A campaign by Saudi women to win the right to sell lingerie has resulted in shop owners not taking notice and thus forcing women to begin a boycott later this month".

We don't need a campaign by Saudi women to win the right to sell lingerie because for a long time Saudi women had been buying from men and they didn’t have any problem with it. So, why are Saudi women wanting to do a campaign in this time about selling lingerie? In my opinion, this is not issue to talk about and if any woman does not like to buy from men she can always go to a lady’s branch to buy lingerie.

  • The denial of education

Some people think that education is useful for male more than females. Thinking that certificates still certificates they are not necessary for women especially in the societies which are depending on the men working. After that, individuals will stick to the idea of there is no need for certificates for women if they are going to stay home, also they refuse the idea of women working, because they think it is lessening from the husbands value. That’s why almost women prefer to get denial of education after marriage. Among the topics that have been discussed between people is the importance of encouraging children to go to school rather than forcing them into marriage. Recently there has been a significant increase in the number of Arab women participating in all levels of education in going to stay home the Arab region. In this regard, Lebanon, Egypt and some liberal Gulf countries are pioneers in setting up educational systems integrating women.

  • Western media

In general, this article provides an overview about the way in which foreign media presents the life in Saudi Arabia according to their perspectives and reasons. Unfortunately, many reporters still view the negative things in the Saudi society while ignoring all the new and rapid improvements. Many different cases were mentioned in the article supporting the idea that Saudi Arabia is frequently misrepresented in the international media. Also as mentioned in the article there are many reasons why a newspaper or media institution would want to deliberately present a false image about Saudi Arabia. Some might be careless in their research and collection of data. Some might have their own agendas. I think the problem with the Western journalists is that their way of thinking is quite different from ours.

  • Buying Fake degree

I think having a fake certificate equals having nothing, because this kind of people won't be successful in their life. They are building their fake future or success on other's effort. Unfortunately they get job opportunities they do not desire and their performance won't be as expected. Starting in a fake way leads to bad conclusion. I do agree that the government must punish everyone who tries to get a certificate by this way.

  • Burqini

Many women like to go to the beach to swim but some of them don't like it for many reasons. One of the reasons is they are worried about swim clothes because some of them are overweight or have problems with their skin. Also, the burqini swimsuit is a good thing for muslim women to cover her body because they can't wear a bikini like non muslim women. I like these burqinis for swimming because it has a positive side for women muslims and non muslim women too. It allows all women to follow religion ,and also cover their bodies if they like.
